Most construction disputes are not sudden. They build over months through delay that is not recorded, notices that are late, and changes that are never priced. By the time a claim is filed, the cheapest options are gone.
We were founded in Muscat by project and claims professionals who saw the same pattern on project after project. We work at every stage: advising early, preparing claims on the record, and giving independent expert evidence when a dispute is tested.
