What we look for

  • Experience

    At least [15] years of practical experience, with claims, disputes or tribunal exposure.

  • Contract knowledge

    FIDIC, NEC or comparable forms, and delay and quantum methods you can defend.

  • Independence

    Clear, impartial reporting and no conflict with matters we already handle.
